Criminal Record Certificates
Applications for Police Clearance Certificates in Azerbaijan may be submitted to the Main Directorate for Operational and Statistical Information, and city and district police departments and stations. You can obtain you own certificate, or authorise a representative in Azerbaijan to obtain your certificate on your behalf. Applicants can be submitted through the

Applicants outside Azerbaijan may authorize a representative in Azerbaijan or apply at their nearest Azerbaijan Embassy
